Even the knifemakers at LTWK were beginners at some point. Join us for one of our knife making classes at the shop in Wintersville, Ohio and see the way we do things as we walk you through the process of knife building.
LTWK Flat Grind Class
| Limited Class Size. $425 per person You will be making a “class knife” (note: these will all be the same) These will have your name laser engraved on it. LTWK Scandi Grind Class
We will be making a “class knife” with a Scandi grind. These will have your name laser engraved on them, just like your Flat Grind class knife. These knives will be roughed in and heat treated by you. You will learn first hand how we finish grind a heat treated blank. This is the only grind we do this with and it’s a valuable skill.
You will get your choice of handle color and liner color for the build.
| So, you will be learning in this class: Grinding a Scandi Assembly with a liner Sharpening a Scandi Contouring a handle front and back Buffing to sharp The completed knife will be yours to keep (It will have your name on it!) and will come with a leather sheath.
